We require a non-refundable initial fee of $500.

We ask a series of questions to get to know you.

We require you to agree to and sign our financial policy.

We ask a series of questions about your medical history.

Protecting your information is our highest priority. We have developed several safeguards to keep your information completely confidential. Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)* technology to insure your safety. Furthermore, only Comprehensive Medical will have your information.

OTHER CONSIDERATIONS

Blood Work is performed based upon individual needs. Blood work analysis cost is not included in your Consultation fee. Consultation fee is the responsibility of the patient and is due prior to your initial visit. Medication costs vary and are the responsibility of the patient (insurance coverage may vary). A commitment to diet and exercise is essential.
